At Yearly Co., we want you to love your heirloom pieces forever. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all non-custom jewelry.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Package Your Jewelry
Place your items in their original Yearly Co. packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
